Technology Showcase | 6th Floor Foyer Four Seasons Hotel, Toronto

Thursday from 7:30am – 5:00pm Friday from 7:30am – 1:00pm

The Technology Showcase is held in the 6th floor foyer of the Four Seasons Hotel, just outside of the Technology in Practice 2016 conference meeting rooms. This is a high traffic area of the conference floor that attendees pass through in order to enter and exit the conference.

Exhibitor Tables

Exhibitor tables will be situated around the perimeter of the foyer and are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Each exhibitor will have:

  • 6’ table with linen and skirting, and two chairs
  • Wireless Internet access
  • Power supply — please be sure to bring your own power bar and extension cords

It is recommended that displays be kept to posters and/or pop-up banners (as opposed to large trade show booth).

Pre-Conference Materials

Should you wish to send any materials in advance, you may do so by Monday, October 31. In order to ensure delivery of your materials, please complete a shipping label for each package/ box that is sent. You can download the label by clicking on the link below:

Exhibit Set Up and Tear Down

Set Up

Begins at 6:30AM on Thursday, November 2 and must be complete by 7:30AM when guests begin to arrive.

Tear Down

Begins after the final lunch break on Friday, November 4 and must be complete with all boxes organized for shipping by 2:30PM. PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning to ship anything from the hotel, you are required to bring shipping documentation and make your own arrangements as there will be no weigh bills available on location.
