Belinda has over 15 years’ experience in litigation support. After working in the Commercial List Office as an Assistant Manager, she started out as a Litigation Law Clerk at (another) national law firm and then took over the role of Manager of their in-house Litigation Support Department. She spent about 4 years at a national vendor as a Litigation Support Consultant, where she was responsible for training clients on various litigation support software tools, as well as consulting and project managing on files that were being processed/handled through that vendor. Belinda joined McCarthy Tétrault 5 years ago as the first Litigation Support Case Manager in Canada in an effort to revamp McCarthy’s National support for eDiscovery. She became Manager of the Toronto office in 2013 and is now responsible for supervising other Case Managers or, where volume dictates, also act as a Case Manager herself on files.
