Daniel has significant experience managing and advising on e-discovery and document production matters. His practice spans various industries and sectors, focusing on complex commercial litigation matters, investigative reviews, Canadian Competition Bureau supplementary information requests (SIRs) and productions for public inquiries. Daniel is also involved in managing corporate due diligence and information governance matters for clients.
Prior to joining Blakes, Daniel had his own successful practice. He also worked as a lawyer and project manager with a company providing document review services to law firms.
Daniel is currently in the process of completing his project management professional (PMP) designation.
