Evidence Everywhere:
Changes and Challenges of Mobile, Cloud and the Internet of Things
Craig Ball | ESI Master, Computer Forensic Examiner and Attorney
Just as we have gained confidence in our ability to preserve, collect and produce conventional electronically stored information (ESI), we face a host of emerging sources of compelling evidence that defy characterization and presentation as documents and that fairly fight not to be captured.
This presentation looks at the rich variety of emerging evidence and the unique, sometimes intractable, challenges posed by mobile devices, applications content, wearables and the Internet of Things.
