Seth started his career as a civil litigation paralegal. During this time, Seth assisted with all aspects of civil litigation including drafting motions and pleadings, preparing document discovery requests and multiple trials. He specializes in end-user litigation support consulting for multiple litigation support programs.
Seth has worked at Ricoh for ten years on all facets of discovery requests including large forensic collection projects, ESI and hosting projects. He was named the project manager recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award at Ricoh. Seth has spoken at many different events on electronic discovery including at an event for the Massachusetts Paralegal Association, the University of New Orleans paralegal program, and the ILTA Statewide meeting for Ohio Litigation Support Professionals. Seth is an active member in both EDRM and ACEDS and has a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.
