Mr. Justice Fred Myers is a judge on the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Previously, Fred was a partner at Goodmans LLP and, before that, at Osler Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. He was recognized, nationally and internationally, as a leader in insolvency, corporate restructuring, and commercial litigation cases.
Fred was awarded the Gold Medal from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1983. He served as law clerk to the Right Honourable Bora Laskin, Chief Justice of Canada and the Hon. Mr. Justice G.E. LeDain. In 1985, Fred obtained an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School.
